ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD/BEACH:

Neighboring the popular Praia de Maresias, Praia do Paúba maintains the air of tranquility typical of a Fisherman's Village.

Outside the high season, it will be easy to forget that you are next to one of the busiest stretches of sand on the coast of São Paulo. Paúba is only crowded during periods of long holidays and very popular dates. Even though it receives more movement at these times, Praia do Paúba will always be calmer than Maresias.

Being away from the highway, Praia do Paúba has nature still well preserved and visually surrounded by mountains and a lot of green. By the sea, some houses, small inns and restaurants welcome tourists in search of peace and quiet.

The sea in Paúba is calm, but with characteristics of falling, which requires a little attention with the little ones. The strip of sand is white and fluffy. And since the beach is not very long, it will be easy to walk from one end to the other. Be sure to take a dip in the river located in the left corner. The ease of alternating between freshwater bathing and sea bathing is one of the best features of Praia do Paúba.

HOW TO GET AROUND IN PAÚBA:

If you want to explore several beaches and have freedom of time, the tip is to come by car! With a car, you can visit nearby beaches such as Maresias and Santiago (3 km) or Toque-Toque Pequeno and Calhetas (5 km). All you have to do is choose the time and itinerary that you like the most!

But if your idea is to enjoy just one beach and stay close to the accommodation, the best option is to go on foot or by bike. The path to the beach is about 150m, you won't regret it! And if you are the type that loves to cycle, you can explore the trails in the region.

You still have the option of mobile apps, such as Uber. It's a pretty cool alternative for shorter routes or for those in a group and can share the price of the ride. Just stay tuned for the times and organize yourself to return, because there is not always a driver available in the region.

BEDDING ARRANGEMENT:

- Suite 3: 1 Single Bed + 1 Single Bed + 1 Extra Mattress

*IMPORTANT: Pillows are provided but bed linen and towels are NOT provided. You must take it for your greatest comfort during your stay. Linen and towel service is available for an ADDITIONAL FEE upon advance request.

-YOUR PET IS WELCOME: The house is safe for Pets, the house is completely walled, with only one pedestrian crossing that can be blocked so that pets do not escape; If you have a large pet or more than 1 pet during your stay, we ask that you consult us in advance, we charge a symbolic EXTRA CLEANING fee to reinforce cleaning at checkout;

-VOLTAGE: 220V; ATTENTION: we still provide a transformer, we ask that you be careful when connecting appliances and appliances;

-GARAGE SPACE: 3 spaces on the access ramp to the property;

-HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES: Compact American-style kitchen, equipped with basic kitchen/barbecue utensils and appliances (fridge/freezer, cooktop stove, oven, electric coffee maker and blender).

-BEACH KIT: We provide 2 chairs, cart and cooler. However, the beach has several stalls that provide chairs, tents and umbrellas, some rented and others for consumption.

-CHECK-IN/OUT: Make your check-in/out stress-free, collect/return the keys directly at the condominium entrance (24 hours a day).

- CONDOMINIUM: Gated condominium with 24-hour concierge, has a swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, free use for all residents/guests;

-ACCESSIBILITY: the house is ground floor, there are no stairs.

- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of the accommodation.

- Guests must respect the maximum occupancy limit stipulated and the number of guests approved in the reservation. Check if you want to include more guests.

5. GUEST INFORMATION:

- Information must be provided to all guests in advance to allow access to the accommodation;

6. CLEANING:

- Guests must not leave the accommodation in a condition that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees set by hosts only cover the cost of standard cleaning.

7. DAMAGES:

- When guests cause damage to the accommodation beyond normal wear and tear, they may be charged for this.

8. RESPECT TO THE CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Guests must respect the condominium rules in common areas.
