EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE:

Take refuge in Casa da Ponte, a house with a country feel less than 400 meters from the beautiful and peaceful Praia do Paúba.

Single-story house, completely private and outside of a condominium, consists of the main house and a small house in the back, surrounded by a large and inviting lawn.

A charming bridge connects the house to a kiosk with barbecue, table and chairs, with an incredible view of the river that runs through the property!

Another convenience is that the house is right in front of the Pôr do Sol grocery store, ideal for small emergency purchases;

The accommodation offers a living/dining room with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, a covered laundry room in the back, with a washing machine.

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the main house + 1 suite in the small house), all equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and niches to store belongings.

The bedrooms in the main house share an internal bathroom and the external social area is served by 1 bathroom.

BEDDING ARRANGEMENT:

- Main House:

Bedroom 1 – double bed (queen);

Bedroom 2 – 2 bunk beds;

Bedroom 3 – 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed;

-Edicle:

Suite 1 – 2 bunk beds;

**IMPORTANT: The beds have a mattress protector, pillow with protective cover and blanket. Bed and bath linen are provided for an ADDITIONAL FEE**

- YOUR PET IS WELCOME: For 1 small PET there is no additional charge. If there is more than 1 pet or medium to large pets, we charge an ADDITIONAL FEE;

-GARAGE SPACE: 3 spaces;

-HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES: Oven, Stove, Fridge/Freezer, Blender, Microwave, Electric;

-BEACH KIT: The beach has several stalls that provide chairs, tents and umbrellas, some for rent and others for consumption.

-SELF CHECK-IN: Access to the house is via a Guarda Chaves Padlock, all information is provided prior to your check-in.

-ACCESSIBILITY: Single storey house.

READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:

GENERAL RULES:

1. RESPECT TO THE URBAN SILENCE PROGRAM (PSIU):

- It is mandatory to observe the silent period from 10pm to 8am.

2. PROHIBITION OF EVENTS OR PARTIES:

- Events or parties are not permitted on the premises.

3. SMOKING ONLY IN OUTSIDE AREAS:

- Smoking is only permitted in the external areas of the accommodation.

4. GUEST LIMIT AND OCCUPANCY:

- Guests must respect the maximum occupancy limit established and the number of guests approved in the reservation. Consult the host if you wish to include more guests.

5. GUEST INFORMATION:

- It is necessary to provide information for all guests in advance to grant access to accommodation;

6. CLEANING:

- Guests must not leave the accommodation in a state that requires excessive or heavy cleaning. Cleaning fees set by Hosts only cover the cost of standard cleaning.

7. DAMAGES:

- When guests cause damage to the accommodation beyond normal wear and tear, they may be charged for this.

8. RESPECT TO THE CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Guests must respect the condominium rules in common areas.

2. Extra Pet and Cleaning Fee:

- We accept up to 1 small PET in the accommodation without charging an extra cleaning fee.
